How do I create a folder in pages Verson 14.2? OS 15.1.

Click the New Folder button in the Pages File > Save dialog. See below:

Menu > File > Save...
Or do you mean Save As... in the File menu? Hold down the option key to see Duplicate change to Save as...

I don't see "Save As" for drop down. I only see "Save".
