Setting up different Apple ID to take Home ownership

I'm setting up a whole new Apple Home environment controlling AC, Lights, Cams, Alarm, Door Bell, Lock and several sensors.

To make things easier for my family, I'd like to have an Ipad as "Home Control Appliance" which they can check and use for anything. But, I don't want to have my Apple ID on it since it'll then sync all my stuff; email, photos, music, podcast, docs, ....

I thought the best option is creating new Apple ID on that Ipad. Then, that Apple ID will be the "owner" of the Home, share permissions with me and others so we can control it from our iPhones, ....

I presume it'd work. But, I found some bridges or even devices needing band setup, then adding to Home. Having a single account owner/admin, then share limited control with others. Moreover, in some of them, the Bridge/setup email account can not be changed. Example, Philips Hue email account, Linksys mesh router, ... Then, I'm wondering if this is going to cause troubles in the future. I mean, I'm not going to be the owner of all those devices, but my alter-ego will.

Any experience or tips to follow with that?
