How can delete anything to do with Apple intelligence,
I don’t want it
apple is intrusive enough without more spyware .
how do I get rid ?
In order to have Apple Intelligence, you MUST OPT-IN. So don't opt-in. There problem solved. If you mean you want the option removed from Settings, if you happen to own an iPhone which is actually eligible to run Apple Intelligence in the first place, you can't remove the option in settings as it's baked into iOS. Just like there are likely other options in Settings you don't use, just don't use it.
