this new update iOS 18.1.1 has messed up my stereo in my car cant get connected

Ever since I have done loaded the new iOS 18.1.1 on my I phone 15 pro max it will not connect to my Bluetooth in car and my apple play will not connect, its like it is not recognizing me. Also, my text coming through car will not work all the time, and trying to call out as well. I have a new 2024 Kia Sorento so its not my car its this software updat
