My Apple TV APP has stopped working on a brand new LG QLED TV
Brought a new LG QLED TV in September 2024, Apple TV APP was working fine a few weeks ago and now I get an error message “Couldn’t Load Video check your internet connection and try again”. We have done all the troubleshooting, deleted the APP, restarted the APP, changed WIFI from 5G to 4 G back to 5G, it dose work if I log into Apple TV on my I-devices and Screen mirror to the TV, I contacted Apple Support, they tried to fix it, waiting for a call back…….Just received an email saying they tried to call me back, yet I have no missed call on my phone. Anyone else who lives in Australia have this issue?? Thank you
