I have tried removing this person from my contacts, and there is no phone number or email of theirs in my contacts now. The birthday is still in my calendar, and I cannot get rid of it. I have tried restarting my phone, and it still shows up on my phone and other devices. Any fixes?

If you have any other accounts using Calendar (you can check in Settings > Calendar > Accounts) the Birthday could be coming from a calendar there ?
