I updated to Sequoia 15.1.1. Now, every time I try to move the window to look at a different part of my desktop or to pull a picture to the side it automatically enlarges. I do not want this feature. Is there a way to disable it.

Disable the Tiling features in System Settings > Desktop & Dock under Windows.
