Cбой при подключении Facetime и дальнейшая невозможность его подключения

Good afternoon. When activating the sim card for the first time in Facetime, I forgot to replenish the balance of the phone number and activation failed, after replenishing the account I tried to activate it again, but constantly gives an unknown error, most likely on the apple side my number is blocked from many attempts to connect Facetime.

How do I reset my number in the Apple database? I inserted the SIM card of the same operator with a different number, everything was connected normally. Has anyone come across this?
