Is the beginners guide available in finnish?

What beginner's guide? Please provide a link.

Most of Apple's support pages will default to the country setting for a user's account. If you go to the bottom right corner of the page you can select a different country. Sometimes that works but sometimes Apple insists upon using your account country. In that case it is sometimes possible to force it to a different country but it would be a lot easier to explain all this if we knew which "guide" you meant.
