No, funds cannot be transferred from Apple Account to Apple Cash. Funds in Apple Account are to be exclusively used at Apple.com/store or physical Apple Retail Stores.

Apple Cash is used in conjunction with Apple Pay at merchants that accept Apple Pay Visa cards. It can be used at merchants physical locations and online during checkout. Online use does not require Apple Pay.

Transfer of funds from Apple Account to Apple Cash is prohibited by federal banking regulations concerning money laundering. Apple Gift cards and Apple Account are considered cash equivalents and once converted from cash to an equivalent, cannot be converted back to cash.
