Cannot add Capital One Cards to Apple Wallet
I have been trying to add two capital one cards to my Apple Pay Wallet. One is a Capital One Debit card and the other is a Venture X card. Neither cards will verify using the Capital One Mobile App. When I try to verify using the App I get an error message saying "Looks like there is an Issue. No Matching Card(s) found. Please call Capital One".
I tried calling the Capital One Online App Support like but they were chasing their tails around in circles, They said they escalated the Issue, but I have not heard back and it's been over a month.
I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with trying to add Capital One Cards to Apple Pay Wallet. This whole issue started for me when I purchased a new iPad and tried to add the cards to the iPad Pro M4 11", I thought the issue was with Apple Pay so I deleted the cards off my Apple iPhone 15 Pro and my iPad and then tried to add it again to the Phone, and now the same issue is occurring on the iPhone too. All my other 4 cards have added smoothly to Apple Pay Wallet. I am wondering if now that Capital One is on board with Paze they are phasing out adding cards to Apple Pay Wallet?
I am at a loss as to what to do, because the support at Capital One are completely useless and just read from scripts and have you do the same thing over and over and over, like completely insane robots who have had their circuits fried.
I am also using the latest iOS 18.1.1
