Left airpod doesn't connect to iPhone but constantly playing noise cancellation??

I’ve had my AirPods Pro since December last year, but today I was listening to music and they both disconnected and when I reconnected them only the right one was playing sound, meanwhile the left one refuses to reconnect to the phone, even though it’s charged, turned on and somehow playing noise cancellation.

I don’t know if this helps but I have an iPhone 15 Pro, I’ve tried resetting both the AirPods and the phone, the case is plugged in, I turned off automatic ear detection but it still won’t work.
