garageband 10.4.11 crashes constantly on intel MB Pro

Haven't touched GarageBand in a while, decided I really would like to start learning to play guitar. It crashed on opening, I restarted, crashed, I deleted plist files using Terminal as described on an Apple GarageBand support page, opened. But as soon as I tried to open or download a lesson - crash. I updated my MacOS to 15.1.1, crash on trying to download a guitar lesson or just "Learn to Play"

Tried different user, tried a new user. Crash, crash, crash.
