Mac Book Pro, OS Ventura, the last 17 series upgrade.

I have both Windows Operating system that I use Word, Spreadsheets, working with others.

When I did the last 17 series upgrade I started have problems, not being able to get fully into some of my accounts, I'm able to access them but if I wish to pay a bill or something, I end up with a page that won't let me go any further.

Yet, if I close Safari and open the Window system I can access the accounts with out any problem.

Im sure that I did something when installing the latest up 17 series upgrade.

However I haven't figured it out! Suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
