How can I stop the constant "Passwords are locked" popups on my MacBook?

My MacBook keeps giving me this popup, it happens about 25 times a day and is really annoying as it removes the focus selection when typing.

There is no application associated as this happens when developing, in browser, in Teams etc.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.0

I tried this (no answers AT ALL from Apple Community, despite exhaustive search of the community pages):

Go to Mac System Settings (apple icon in upper left -> System Settings...). At the top of the left panel, you'll see your Apple ID login. Click on it. Scroll down on the right panel to the bottom. Click the "Sign Out..." button on the lower left. Restart your Mac (maybe not necessary, but I did this step). When you log back into your Mac, go back to System Settings and log back into your Apple Account.

Seems to have worked for me. Good luck.
