Macbook air allows me to enter pw but then locks on the next screen. Was ok until i downloaded sequoia !
I’ve tried all the usual things such as removing other devices, restart in recovery mode etc. Apple support suggested it was the trackpad but it allows the cursor to move so they then discounted that and suggested changing the pw. That didnt work.
