I have a 2018 MacBook Pro with MacOS 14.2.1.
In the last couple of days it has started rebooting whenever put in Sleep mode. I have not installed any new software. I have tried running First Aid in Disk Utility and it comes up clean.
I'd appreciate your suggestions on how to fix this.

First thing is to start by updating to current Sonoma 14.7.1
Followed by an update to Safari 18.1.1
There have been many Bug and Security Fixes since Dec 2023 and current version of Sonoma
Always make a Time Machine Backup before doing any upDates
