Access MAX with Disney+ Trio bundle billed through Apple

How do I access MAX when I upgrade my Disney+ service to the Trio bundle and I'm billed through Apple subscription. When I look at my account in Disney+ all I see is Hulu and Espn+. I don't really care about Espn what I want to access in MAX...
