AMEX & DISCOVER not working in test environments

Hey Everyone, i am trying the credentials for AMEX and Discover from here: Sandbox Testing - Apple Pay - Apple Developer

The problem is, none of the AMEX and Discover is working with my CyberSource integration, not sure why? the same VISA and Master is working good
