How does the Health app handle time zone changes when traveling internationally?

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Apple Health app's handling of time zone changes during international travel.

When I record data in the Health app and then travel to a different country with a different time zone, how is this data displayed?

  1. Does the recorded data retain the original time and date based on the time zone in which it was recorded?
  2. Upon changing time zones, does the Health app adjust the date and time of the recorded data to align with the current time zone?
  3. For example, if I record a workout at 4 PM in Korea Standard Time (KST) and then travel to the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone in the USA, will the workout still display as 4 PM on the original date, or will it adjust to 11 PM on the previous day to reflect the time difference?

As someone who frequently travels internationally, understanding how the Health app manages time zone changes is important for maintaining accurate records.

Thank you for your assistance!
