App store on Vison pro isnt working.

Hello, my App Store on the Apple Vision Pro is not working because of the region. I am from the Czech Republic, which is in Central Europe, and I think it’s true that the App Store may not be supported here. In the USA, Apple Store merchants told me to use a German Apple ID, and that’s all. I logged in to my Czech Apple ID on the Vision Pro, and the App Store didn’t work. I knew it was due to the location of the ID, but when I tried to change it, it asked for details like a German payment card, residence, and phone number. I don’t have PayPal, and I don’t have anything to do with Germany, so I don’t know what to do because I ended up canceling my Apple Arcade and Apple Music subscriptions because of this. I thought about trying to create a new Apple ID, but it will likely ask for a new phone number, etc. I want to avoid that last part, but unfortunately, I don’t know what to do. I would kindly ask if anyone has any idea how to use and download millions of things on the Apple Vision Pro when you’ve already paid $4000 for it, so I can use it to the fullest. If anyone has any ideas, such as how to easily change the Apple ID or if using a VPN or something like that would work, I would appreciate any help.
