The easiest way is to report the post and then select "Username or Profile Issue". As a Level 4, you have the ability to report a post by clicking on the little exclamation point in a circle at the bottom right of every post.

You can email them using the email address in the Terms of Use (I think that's the right one) but that involves opening another window, find the email and I'm way to lazy for that.
