I just updated to sequoia 15.1.1 on my MacBook Pro M1, and the spotlight search bar no longer shows up at all. I've tried to find fixes online, but most people seem to have problems with spotlight not searching specific locations. This is different. Whether clicking on the spotlight icon in the menu bar or using the keyboard shortcut, no search bar shows up anywhere.

Sometimes the pop-up window gets positioned off-screen. Just click and hold on the Spotlight search icon in the menubar and it will return to its default position.

It looks like a bug in specific macOS version.
Use feedbackassistant.apple.com to report the bug.
