I can reply to emails on iMac, but when I compose a new email, I hear the swoosh sound but it doesn't show up in Sent and is not received. Nothing changed in settings, and works on both ipad and iPhone. Just updated to Ventura 13.7.1 and didn't fix.

Remove you email account from Mail and re-enter it back into Mail using the appropriate option for the email address.
Thank you for your response. I should have mentioned that I already did that. I was also on the phone with my Internet provider and confirmed that that is not where the problem lies.
Where is the problem?
The problem is what I outlined in the first post. All my Mail settings are identical on all three Apple devices. But on my iMac, I cannot send an email I've composed; I can only reply to emails.
