Unable to adjust Sidecar resolution in macOS Sequoia

Ever since upgrading to Sequoia, I can no longer use my iPad Air 6 as monitor using Sidecar.

Previously, I was able to adjust the screen resolution on my iPad through my MacBook Pro's Display settings. However, this is no longer an option, and the default/only settings will allow me to display the equivalent of only half a screen on my iPad.

My MacBook Pro is the 14" model and uses an M1 Pro chip with 16GB memory. My iPad Air 6 is the 11" model.
