My location and ISP are in US. My Safari and network preferences show Los Angeles. Why does it say I am in Canada when I log in to websites? How do I fix this as every credit card transaction is denied. Using MacOs Sequoia 15.1, iMac 27", 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5

It doesn’t matter where the servers are located. Every IP is registered to some “owner” and that registered owner’s address is where the internet thinks you are. Many companies have bought blocks of addresses from other entities. They may not have changed the registered address.
iCloud Private relay will make it look like your IP is coming from somewhere else. There are two options, Country & Time Zone or General Location, so that should not push it out of the country.

Are you using a VPN?
where is your public IP address registered? While your ISP may be in the US, the registered owner of that IP maybe a Canadian address. Where does location services show you?Are you using iCloud private relay?

I would say that if whatismyip identifies your location correctly, there is something wrong with the website that shows you in Canada.
No VPN. I have contacted my bank and there's no issue there, then contacted my ISP, and now I am having them send a new router.

Relay shows LA, Country as USA, time zone as PST.
Shows L.A as Relay Location and Time Zone as PST.
Live In USA & Location Shows Canada
