Using Apple keyboard Model No A1243 with ma mini m4

This is a wired keyboard purchased in 2012 with a thunderbolt display. Is it possible to use this keyboard with the new mac mini m4?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

I don't see why not, you should be able to use just about every usb or bluetooth keyboard out there, the drivers are generic

but if it has an usb-a connector you will have to use an adaptor

Thanks for the advice

I can confirm that the old keyboard works with my Mac mini which I purchased today

By purchasing two USB to USB -C adapters I have the keyboard and a Razer Deathadder mouse in use

I also connected my 2012 model Thunderbolt Display with the thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 3 adapter

Looking forward to working with SketchUp Pro on the Mac mini
