Fix for Universal Control
I have a M4 iMac and iPad Pro, also M2 MacBook Air and a 2019 iPad Pro. U/C not working for a long time on previous devices which have just migrated to M4 ones, then still didn’t work.
Just found solution on other thread: disabling a third-party anti-virus firewall and adding universalcontrol.app to macOS firewall allowed list. Everything now works as it should.
Had previous tried suggestions like signing out of Apple ID and re-signing in etc., however none of that worked. Seems like just the firewall was getting in the way.
