Can I or should I uninstall ActiveState ActiveTCL from macOS Sequoia?

I have a mac that is the result of several migrations and upgrades since long ago. I have a folder in applications called ActiveState ActiveTCL that may have been installed when I was learning Python years ago. This could be very old legacy software though.

Do I need it? Should I uninstall? I did open Activity Monitor and so see that there is one process running that must be related. https://docs.activestate.com

I would follow uninstall instructions from activestate: https://docs.activestate.com/platform/state/troubleshooting/uninstall/
