Please help! Apple Intelligence Writing Tools not working

I have an M2, 2022 Macbook Air with Sequoia 15.1. I've downloaded Apple Intelligence and followed all protocols, all buttons are on, etc. But when I try to use the writing tools I get the message below. No matter how much text I highlight, the same message pops up. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
