Shortcuts & Startup Bug Sequoia 15.1
After recently updating to 15.1, a couple bugs have happened that I would really like to figure out. I even did a Reinstall of the OS in hopes to fix these things, to no avail.
- The Shortcuts app is unusable for editing/making new shortcuts. This is because the action menu is now completely blank. Nothing to choose from. Still runs shortcuts fine. I do have “Actions” installed, but since shortcuts I’ve created with these added actions still function perfectly fine, I’m assuming it is not the issue.
- Every time I restart OR shut down and start up, my computer is in some sort of “saved state” from when I initially installed Sequoia 15.1. I am taken through the network page, the apple intelligence page, “Welcome to Mac” - and then on top of this, a bunch of apps are open once I’m past that screen. They do not open on startup - they ARE open and running, stage manager is on. My computer opens in this specific state even if nothing was open when shutting down. Every single time.
Any ideas or help? Again, I tried a reinstall of the OS, and was shocked to find that even that didn’t fix these issues.
