Some playlists from Mac not appearing on other devices

Since upgrading to MacOS Sequoia, some playlists on my Mac Studio Music app are not showing up on my iPhone 14 Pro or other devices. Most of the playlists are there, just a few are missing. I then created a new one and it didn't show up. I duplicated it on the iPhone with a different name and it showed up on my Mac Studio. Once it was there, any changes I made synced perfectly to the version on the iPhone. All the songs are synced to the cloud, so it's not because of some songs not in the cloud. This is really weird. Wondering if there's something I'm missing that causes this.
