No, not from factory, but you can always install MS Word after purchase.
Microsoft Word as its name implies is a Microsoft Product, as such Apple does not include it with its devices.
If you have an Office 365 subscription you currently use on another device, you can use it on a Mac laptop.
MS Word for Mac has no relation to Windows by the way.
