KVM switch for older Thunderbolt Display

I have an older 27 inch Thunderbolt display to which I want to connect a Mac Mini M4 and a Windows 11 PC using a KVM switch.

As the display's Thunderbolt cable is built-in I am struggling to work out the required specifications of the switch and therefore if this is at all possible.

Any advice on how to go about this and the switch required is greatly appreciated.
