Loading your Cloud Library. This may take several minutes. Seems stuck?

When we go in to Apple Music it has a note saying

"Loading your Cloud Library. This may take several minutes."

But it has said this for days/weeks! And seems 'stuck'?

I've switched off my iMac & restarted. And also tried switching off my router. Still get the same message.

Wondering if the situation you describe has something to do with iCloud's recent new "Terms and Conditions", as it seems that needs to be accepted to continue using iCloud ?


If you haven't yet received / seen / accepted the new T & C ... maybe see what happens if you log-in to iCloud.com ?
