M1 Macbook Air (2020) cannot find the usb-c ethernet adaptor

I bought a USB-C (USB 3.0) ethernet adaptor & I plugged into my M1 Macbook Air 2020.

It shown a message asking me allow to connect the USB accessories or not, but it disappeared in a second.

When I go to system report & choose USB device tree, the adaptor is not shown in the USB device column. And of course, I cannot choose ethernet option in network.

The strange thing is, the ethernet adaptor can be used in my M1 iPad pro 2020 & my Android mobile phone, but my M1 Macbook Air can't.

I tried to use Apple diagnose & found no issue in my Macbook, switch off SIP, using safe mode but it still cannot let the adaptor be found in my Mac. Anybody have the same issue or an idea to solve this weird problem? :(

Greatly appreciated for your help.
