Is my understanding correct, that you cannot see iCloud Photos in iCloud Drive? It's unclear from the various explanations I've read. Photos from my iPhone are stored in iCloud Photos which I can view using a browser. But there is nothing in iCloud Drive (either on my phone or PC). Is that normal?
That is normal. iCloud Photos are not in iCloud Drive. If you turn on syncing of Contacts, Notes, etc, they are also not shown in iCloud Drive.
