I can't think of a standard Keynote feature that puts a random blue box on a slide, so I assume it's something you added...?
Furthermore, pretty much anything can be deleted by clicking it to select, and hitting the delete key on your keyboard.
Therefore, given the (limited) information given, I propose this is something you added to the slide that you now want to delete, so click on it and press Delete.
