Problem charging battery on a MacBook Pro (2019 Intel)

My MacBook when is plugged in it doesn't charge the battery, the only thing it says is that the power source is the Power Adapter. And the battery keeps draining. I already have tried different methods. Restarted the SMC, I have the latest update, is not an adapter problem and not a usb-c port problem. I have already deactivated the manage battery longevity and all the things that help the battery but nothing works. The last things that I didn't try is replace the battery with a new one but I don't have time right now because I need my pc for studying. The settings says that my battery health is normale and I have 305 cycle.

Am I missing something? I think I have already tried everything.
