Cannot group text to non-Apple after iOS 18.1 update

I used all troubleshooting recommendations on Support site and still cannot send a group text if non-Apple recipients are on the message. I had no problem prior to the update. I’ve checked with fellow Apple contacts in our group to see if they could share with our non-Apple colleagues and they are having the same problem. This does not appear to be an external or operator problem.
