Trackpad Right Click work as cmd+right click

Hello, friends!

After last updating my Macbook Pro to 15.1 right click (trackpad) starts work as cmd+right click, and in some apps it is impossible to call the context menu, because it try call cmd+right click. I tried set keymap for calling context menu in this apps, but it helped but didn't solve the problem completely.

I tried connect bluetooth mouse, and right click work well, so CMD can't be stuck!

I mentioned that problem appeared in Jetbrains (PHPStorm, IntelijIdea etc).

Do someone know how resolve?
