Missing Notes on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

hello, I have lost notes on my iPhone, turning on/off synchronization does not help. I didn't have an iCloud subscription, but all the notes were on my iPhone until they disappeared one day. I have now bought a 2 terabyte subscription, but nothing has been restored.
