Apple Business Connect waiting for approval

Hi everyone,


I registered on Apple Business Connect on October 17th, but haven’t received any updates since then. I waited until October 23rd, and then decided to reach out to support. They replied, saying I just needed to wait.


I waited until October 29th and sent another email. Again, they told me to wait. A few days later, my account status changed to “in review,” but I was able to add photos and a logo. However, since then, it’s still showing “in review,” and today is November 14th.


Has anyone else experienced this? Support only responds by saying to wait, even though the system clearly states:


“Your location verification is in review. Reviews can take up to 5 days to complete. Updates will be published once approved.”


So, how long are we actually supposed to wait weeks, months? Any insights would be appreciated!
