[x] can’t be modified or deleted because it’s required by macOS

I made the mistake of installing Karabiner recently, and while I’ve been able to delete it and clear most of its junk away thanks to helpful tips I’ve found from googling, there’s still one file stuffed away in my Library that I can’t delete because of error in the title. I don’t know how Karabiner managed to earn itself this kind of status on my system, but I’d like to get rid of it if possible, considering I’m pretty sure it’s not actually required by macOS. Is there a way to do this?

I’m on a 2019 Intel MBP 16” running Catalina (yes, I should update my OS; no, I’m not going to any time soon).
