iPhone 16 ProMax. When making or receiving calls, the person on the other end cannot hear me. Same goes with FaceTime. Spent hours on the phone with AppleCare and in person at store. No one can figure it out. Does anyone have a solution?
Beyond Frustrated

I just started having this same issue last night. It's extremely frustrating. Some people can hear me, and others cannot. So far, it seems like those with a landline have the issue. Those that I call on their cell phones usually do not have an issue.
I researched and found an article that some Android users had, and they resolved theirs using a Bluetooth headset. I just gave it a whirl, and it worked!

Getting same issue since I got the phone, was hoping after a few software updates it would resolve itself. But, it's still the bane of my phone's existence and making me very annoyed. My wife has an iphone 15 pro and it happens all the time on calls with her...
