cannot rip a cd into apple music app

Apple music does not show me the option to import songs from a cd. I'm using a pc with win 11 and the cd works.

Apple forums says you ability to copy from a cd into apple music exists:.....see below and I do not see the option for selecting CD below devices in the side bar. Any ideas how I resolve?

Import songs from CDs into your library

Music imports most songs in a few minutes, and an entire CD in about 10 minutes.

  1. Go to the Music app  on your Mac.
  2. Insert an audio CD into your computer’s CD or DVD drive, or into an external drive that’s connected to your computer.
  3. If the information for the CD isn’t displayed, select the CD below Devices in the sidebar.

Windows, Windows 10

Uninstall Apple Music, TV, and Devices. All of the any you downloaded.

After, in iTunes, select music at the top left, and it should re-populate just like it was.
