bluetooth midi keyboard will not auto connect ?

After having connected my CME XKEY AIR 25 (bluetooth midi keyboard) https://xkeyair.com/xkey-air/ it always disconnects after either of the following

rebooting Macbook Pro
turning off the CME XKEY AIR 25

That means i have to go to AUDIO/MIDI SETUP and manually press the "connect" button everytime i would like to use it, that means each day, several times during the day.

I tested on Macbook Pro 2017, Macbook 2024 Air 15", and the newest Macbook Pro 16" M4.

Is there a way to make bluetooth MIDI auto connect work (automatic pairing) as it would do with normal bluetooth devices like f.i. a bluetooth speaker that automatically connects when powered on ?
