Safari extensions not loading Citrix Workspace on Mac

I’m having trouble with safari extensions.When I try to open Citrix work space I get a pop up that asked me to “quit and open safari extension preferences.

It once I get there it shows it as downloaded but I’m still unable to load the app and connect with the application

any suggestions?
