Logic Pro X MacBook Pro 4 - Audio import causes logic to crash instantly

I can't bring any Audio files into logic.

using pencil shift click on audio track - logic crashes
using the import feature Audio File> Add Audio file in project in audio window (browser) logic crashes

I have a band new apple Mac book pro 4 and uptown date logic X and it was all working fine for the last 2 days.

OS is up to date as its all brand new

I did find today that y Mac was on a black screen with Just a pointer and would not boot had top force start

Anyone help as I can't work without this basic feature

I am having the same problem, currently on recent version off logic 11.1 and updated my computer to the recent os to see if problem persists from Sonsoma to Sequoia 15.1.1, and the problem still persists, tried editing the audio settings, problem still persisted.

I run a m1 from 2021 and haven't had any major problems up until a few days ago and been using logic on this computer since 2021, with not problem, again, until a few days ago, and until this problem is fixed, I can no longer work on any project as I heavily rely on audio manipulation and I hate to be stuck for weeks, or months, until I can continue anything and forcing myself into a new daw is just gonna reck flow.
