Stutter/judder with xcloud and geforce now in Safari iPad/iOS

For years i have stutter/judder when game streaming through safari.

i run wired ethernet. 3ms ping to nearest xcloud server. No packet loss. Even tried it without the router.

its like Safari cant keep the vsync and it stutters/judder repeatedly, every once in a while it runs fine for a couple of seconds and then it starts to stutter.

note that the sound does not stutter, only the image.

it must be some bug in Safari. Other devices android/pc runs 100% perfect theough the same network setup. But i only have Apple Devices.
